THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The construction is shoddy, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd acquired something functional instead.
